Check-in was frustrating. The staff member was unhelpful and didn't seem to acknowledge my requests. The room was in poor condition-filthy carpets and a shower covered in lime. There were also concerns about safety due to unsightly individuals loitering around the premises. Unfortunately, this experience has.

The hotel staff is top-class and pleasant. Its location in the center is exceptionally nice and perfect.

The room we had included central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave. The bathroom was fairly clean, it was nice to have a bathtub. The location was particularly good and excellent - just off the establishment, and Memphis. Plus it was 10 mins drive from Garner Lake.

The room wassuper clean and cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the nice hot shower and the accessible location right off the main road.

The breakfast options were limited and basic-just toast, no real variety. The noise from nearby rooms also disrupted the peace during the night.

The bed was super soft and the pool was a fantastic spot to relax after a long day. I loved having access to both a fridge and microwave in my room. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi connection could be better, but overall it was a great experience 😊

I had such a cozy stay! The room was freshly painted and super clean. Plus, the outdoor seasonal swimming pool was a good surprise, perfect for a dip!

I had decent interactions with the staff, especially the front desk who was all smiles and eager to help me find my room at night. The room had this fresh scent, like they really took the time to clean it up. Must've just been done before I checked in.
